The ILO consists of three main bodies which govern the organization

The ILO consists of three main bodies which govern the organization, in specific the International Labour Conference (ILC), the Governing Body and the International Labour Office.
The ILC is Composed of four representatives of each member state – including two Government delegates and two other delegates “representing respectively the employers and the workpeople of each of the Members”. The functions of the ILC include the crafting and adoption along with the supervision of international labour standards in the form of conventions and recommendation as well as the passing of resolutions that provide guidelines for the ILO’s general policy and future activities.
