THE CAUSES OF ALCOHOL ABUSE
          In this era and age, death and murder cases caused by drunkenness in taking alcohol increasing day by day in Malaysia. The meaning of alcohol from the dictionary is the easy-to-burn flammable liquid produced by the natural fermentation of sugar and constituents such as intoxicate wine, beer and other drinks that can causes drunkenness, and also used as industrial solvents and as fuel. Alcohol also have a goodness but not much. For the examples is alcohol used in medicine alcohol also can kill bacteria. Nowadays, many people who abuse alcohol in daily life. Many causes of alcohol abuse in daily life in the community such as stressful environment, drinking alcohol at an early age and mental health problem.

         Firstly, causes of alcohol abuse in daily life is stressful environment. Nowadays, many people drink alcohol due to stressful environment. The example of stressful environment is stress at workplace. Not all people drink alcohol when they stress but some people drink alcohol when they stress to relieve their stress. For the example, when a person have a stressful job at a workplace, they may be more likely to drink alcohol heavily. To prevent this from happening, take the time to get rid of stress in healthy way. For the examples is exercising, reading, taking a rest, taking a nap and many more healthy way.

Secondly, causes of alcohol abuse in daily life is drinking alcohol at an early age. Nowadays, many people start to drink alcohol at an early age. This is due to lack of monitoring from family members. Especially parental monitoring toward children. People who begin to drink alcohol at a younger age will be more likely to have alcohol problems or addictive problems and physical dependence on alcohol when they grow older. This happen because drinking alcohol may be a comfortable habit in their daily lives as they started to drinking this alcohol since childhood. To prevent this from happening, family members, especially parents should monitor their children’s daily activities so that their children are not trapped in alcohol problems.

Lastly, causes of alcohol abuse in daily life is mental health problem. Nowadays, many people start to drink alcohol due to mental health problem. The example of mental health problem is depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and many more mental health problem. Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder or other mental health problem can increase the risk of alcoholism. For example, some people will drink alcohol when they are depressed with the work they do at the workplace. It is easy to drink an alcohol when someone is feeling depressed or anxious because the effects of alcohol may seem to ease the feeling temporarily. This causes some people who drink alcohol when they feel anxious and depressed will be more likely to drink an alcohol. To prevent this from happening, the government has to have a campaign against the disadvantage and bad effects of alcoholism in order to raise awareness to the people that alcohol is bad in daily life.

As the conclusion, parents and surrounding communities needed to play a role for forming teenagers and other people to be a good and healthy people.
